Health tips!!!

For those who wants to lose weight, you could blast away body fat by adding lots of whole-grain foods to your diet. The results were dramatic when 50 obese men and women cut calories for 12 weeks-with half eating whole-grain servings. Weight loss for both groups averaged eight to 11 pounds, but those who ate whole grains lost more abdominal fat, lowered their blood pressure and their risk for diabetes."This is the first clinical study to prove that a diet rich in whole grains can lead to weight loss and reduce the risk of several chronic diseases, " according to Dr. Penny Kris-Etherton, who co-headed the research at Penn State University. She recommends selecting oatmeal and breakfast cereals made from whole grains as well as whole-wheat pastas. It takes time before you reach the weight you want it and hopefully this message will help you to lose weight.
